Welcome to Revive Jindabyne PTY LTD. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Revive Jindabyne, and "you" refers to the customer or site user.

 

1. OVERVIEW

These Terms apply to all users of our services and website, including browsers, clients, merchants, and contributors of content. By purchasing a service, booking an appointment, or accessing our website, you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to these Terms, as well as our:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.

 

2. ONLINE BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • All appointments require prepayment through our online booking portal (MindBody) or in person.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and Revive gift cards.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable.

 

3. SERVICE CONDITIONS

By using our services, you confirm:

  • You are 18 years or older, or you have legal parental/guardian consent.

  • You do not have any medical conditions that would make participation unsafe unless cleared by a doctor.

  • You will follow all health and safety instructions from staff.

If you are under 18, a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form is required.

You may not:

  • Use any service under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Use services if you have certain medical restrictions (as outlined in our Liability Waiver).

 

4. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

Refer to our Cancellation Policy for full terms. Key points:

  • Cancellations must be made 120 minutes before Infrared Sauna/Float Tank bookings or 60 minutes before Hot/Cold Therapy and Recovery Room bookings.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited.

 

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards and packages are final sale.

  • Retail products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days.

6. LIABILITY AND HEALTH DISCLOSURE

By using our services, you:

  • Acknowledge participation is at your own risk.

  • Agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to staff.

  • Agree to release and indemnify Revive Jindabyne PTY LTD and its staff from any claims or liabilities, except in cases of gross negligence.

You may be charged cleaning fees (up to $10,000) for contamination of Float Tanks or other facilities.

 

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

We collect personal data for bookings, safety, and service quality. We do not sell your data.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
