1.2 By creating an account, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1.3 These Terms are subject to periodic review and may be updated without notice. Continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of any changes.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Appointments: All Services require advanced booking and payment to secure your appointment. Payments can be made through our online booking portal or at our physical location.
2.2 Online Portal Agreement: When creating an account and booking an appointment through our online portal, your acceptance of these Terms serves as your electronic signature, binding you to the provisions outlined here.
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Online bookings require prepayment.
2.4 All purchased sessions, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable, though rescheduling or credits may be offered at the discretion of Revive Jindabyne PTY LTD.
3. Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
3.1 Cancellation Windows: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments within the following timeframes:
Recovery Room: 60 minutes prior
Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna: 120 minutes prior
Hot/Cold Therapy: 60 minutes prior
3.2 Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment ("No Show") will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. See our Cancellation Policy for further details.
3.3 Late Arrivals: A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your appointment, your session may be shortened or forfeited, with the full fee still applying. Special accommodations may be made at staff discretion.
4. Use of Services and Restrictions
4.1 Your participation in any Services is entirely at your own risk.
4.2 You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in the Services.
4.3 Specific restrictions apply to Services such as Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage Therapy as outlined in the provided waiver, which you must agree to before proceeding.
4.4 If contamination (e.g., bodily fluids) occurs during any Service, you will be charged cleaning or replacement fees as stated in our Liability Waiver.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1 By booking a service, you agree to waive, release, and discharge [Your Business Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services.
5.2 Revive Jindabyne PTY LTD is not liable for injuries, adverse health effects, or accidents caused during or after the use of its facilities unless reckless conduct is proven.
6. Gift Cards and Packages
6.1 Gift cards may be redeemed for Services but are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Any balance remaining on a gift card after a cancellation fee deduction cannot be refunded.
6.2 Packages and memberships have specific validity dates, which must be used within the stated timeframe. Extensions may be offered at the discretion of management.
7. Consequential Loss
7.1 Revive Jindabyne PTY LTD is not liable for indirect expenses, theft, unauthorized access, or related losses while attending our facility or using our Services.
